Catherine Tan Chee Har (IT and Cybersecurity ) Advisory Board Member
Tan Chee Har, has been actively involved in the financial services industry
specifically relating to payments, digital transformation and innovation
journey for large enterprises and banks. Her current role and experience
spans over 20 years covering senior levels of board members and C levels which
have seen the evolution of brick and mortar to ‘everything as a service’ in the
digital and cloud eco system.
Chee Har has a Masters in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University Australia and is currently a member of Lead Women where is a Mentor to a group of aspiring ladies in Axa Insurance
Her career started in American Express and her last
position was the Head of Asean Relationship for Business and IT. She
moved on to De La Rue UK where she interacted with senior levels of Central
Banks in the APAC region in relation to currency and cash processing solutions
to support the high regulations and governance policies.
In Oracle Malaysia, she continued her journey where she headed the hyper converged business for Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia where her main task was digital and cloud transformation. Her other skills include multi cloud advisory for enterprise and public sectors conforming to Bank Negara’s RMIT and CTRAG framework. .
